90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first-time purchases)

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of Lumvelle products. If you are not satisfied, request a refund by emailing hello@lumvelleofficial.com within 90 days of the delivery date.

Conditions

• Applies to first-time purchases of a given product.
• Limited to one refund per product type per customer or household.
• The product must be at least 50% remaining, or unopened, to qualify for a full refund.
• Return shipping is not covered. Outbound shipping is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.
• Requesting an exchange forfeits the money-back guarantee.

Subscription orders

Subscription orders are not eligible for the money-back guarantee. Refunds on subscription orders are considered for unopened product only and are issued as store credit. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. A $5.00 USD administrative fee applies to approved cancellations. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@lumvelleofficial.com with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Return process

1. Email us with your order number, the reason, and photos of the remaining product if opened.
2. Wait for written authorization — returns sent without it cannot be processed.
3. Approved refunds are issued within 10–14 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where we have made an error.
