These Terms are a binding agreement between you and LKS LLC (“Lumvelle,” “we,” “us”). By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to them in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

2. Products and health information

Our products are dietary supplements.

Information on this website is provided for general purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Individual results may vary.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error or unavailability, and will refund any amount already charged.

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the full amount shown, including shipping and taxes.

4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval selected until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date through your account or by emailing hello@lumvelleofficial.com. Failed payments may pause shipments.

5. Shipping, title and risk of loss

We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico, and shipping is free to all three. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or incorrect address information you provide.

Orders delivered outside the United States may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These are separate from the price you pay us, are charged by the carrier or customs authority, and are your responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where the two conflict, the Refund Policy controls for return-related matters.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, trademarks and logos, is protected and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any right you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
